I haven’t really done much Urban Exploration lately, mainly because I feel like it’s been over done. However, a couple of weekends ago I found myself at the Barber Paper Mill in Georgetown.

Hey Toronto peeps! The Drink Show is coming to the Queen Elizabeth Building at Exhibition Place this Friday and Saturday night. And I have some free tickets to giveaway. If you’d like a pair leave a comment here. I have 4 pairs to giveaway.
So for the past two weeks, I’ve been playing with Canon’s Rebel XSi which was announced earlier this year. It’s a great little beginner digital SLR which has been on the shelves for a few months now. So you could imagine my surprise when the Press Release hit my inbox earlier this week announcing the Rebel XS, a whole month before Canon usually announces their autumn lineup.
On Friday June 27th, Ladytron played a free show at Harbourfront Centre. Thought I would share a clip I recorded on my Nokia N95.
Earlier this year my sister was involved with a play called Touch. If you haven’t heard, the very same play is currently playing as a Part of the Fringe Festival here in Toronto. It is part of a larger production called Baggage, which is showing at the Kapisanan Philippine Centre (167 Augusta Ave).
I personally went to see the production on Wednesday evening and was touched, moved and amused by the production. Very well done.
Remaining Showtimes. (Note there is a strict no admittance policy for latecomers)
Fri, July 11 @ 8:00 PM
Sat, July 12 @ 2:30 PM
Sun, July 13 @ 2:30 PM
Getting Buzzed from photojunkie on Vimeo.
It’s getting pretty hot around Toronto, so I decided it was time for a haircut, but I didn’t have the money to spare. So I decided to get buzzed.
Yesterday I was invited to enjoy a meal in Dundas Square. What made the meal special was the fact that it took place about 40 metres above the square. The experience is called Dinner in the Sky and it celebrated it’s Candian Premiere yesterday and today. Unfortunately, I believe it’s all sold out, but there might be the stand-by possibilities.
