Krispy Kreme Mississauga

Krispy Kreme Mississauga

Did you know that the Krispy Kreme in Mississuaga is still open? When the Richmond Hill, Scarborough, and North York locations shut down two years ago, I thought the Mississauaga one suffered the same fate.

The HOT NOW light was on and I was shocked. The location was far from being as busy as it was a few years back when they originally opened, but I bet most people thought the store was gone. Needless to say, we have two dozen doughnuts in the house right now.

There was a Krispy Kreme store in Kitchener as well. It lasted for about a year. It’s now a family restaurant (which appears to be doing pretty good business).

I just don’t think Krispy Kreme could compete with Tim Hortons. Yes Krispy Kreme donuts are deadly addictive, but people only went for the plain versions. The different versions (apple fritter, chocolate etc.) are way better at Tim’s.

Plus the atmosphere at Tim’s is a little nicer :)

Two dozen donuts? You guys!! You know how many calories each doughnut has? 200 calories and 12 grams of fat each! Plus lots of milk ingredients, bad for Jay!

  4. I would like you to remind me where your store in located in Mississauga.

I lived close by the Richmond Hills store, unfortunately it is gone. I will not mind the drive to pick up some Krispy Kreme donuts in Missauga.

Please let me know the address and phone number so that I am aware of the hours of service.

    Thanks Danielle Brunet

The last time I had a krispy kreme doughnut it had part of a human tooth in it and it wasn’t one of mine! I talked to the restaurant manager who gave me a voucher for $5 and a book of money off coupons. When I went back and used my voucher I slipped on the floor and broke my wrist. Krispy Kreme’s are officially bad for my health. Tim Horton’s doughnuts always taste slightly of meat to me so I don’t bother with them any more.

    Missississagua rocks!

    Jim,

Neither Krispy Kreme nor Tim Hortons are to blame for you being a moron.
