Tetris Lottery Tickets

Remember when the GameBoy first came out and Tetris was the big craze. I was in highschool then. Well it looks like the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation got a license to create a Scratch and Win version of the game. So for a mere $3 you can have a chance to win up to $75,000. That can buy you a lot of video games. I thought I’d give it a try.

The Ticket.

There are 12 spots across the top that you’ll need to scratch in order to reveal the shapes that will be in play on your board.

You scratch off the corresponding blocks and hope that you clear a line or two. If you do, you win the prize listed at the end of the row.

If G2 was in play, I would have won $75,000. Instead, I won nothing and only have this blog post to show for it.

UPDATE: Thanks to Brian at Kotaku for the mention. If you are new here, thanks for dropping in. We do have a regular Gaming category, called Button Mash This. We are also currently giving away a couple PSP games.
