Ahhh the memories…you’ve just unlocked!
When I was 12 years old, my dad, the ever enterprising entrepreneur, seriously considered then decided to buy the Aberfoyle Flea Market (as it was called then). All 20 acres of it. We did numerous trips out there during the purchase/sale negotiations, I loved running through unobstructed length of the field in the back, which was used as overflow parking. I couldn’t quite do the same in my then-native downtown T.O. enclave of parkdale. Your photo has a bit of that acreage in the background.
The deal fell through.
I never went back.
…til today…
:-/
Thanks Rannie for this unexpected re-memory.
Are those bullet holes?!?
Just kidding…
