Fantastic interview of a very talented fellow. I am a Canadian ex-pat working now in Cleveland Ohio and I must admit that Sam’s pictures often make me homesick. Sam’s work is an interesting mix of subjects with a variety of textures, colours and lighting. Good luck, Sam!

Great interview Rannie. And Sam’s a great person to interview. I’ve had a lot of these questions that I’d like to ask Sam, but never had the time/outlet to do so. Good to know about the curves tool & not using brightness/contrast – I’ve been using bright/contrast for all my images…better get learning & change my workflow.
