The details for the August Toronto Flickr Meetup have just been announced.
When: 8 pm, Thursday, August 11th, 2005
Where: Cherry Beach (a.k.a. Clarke Beach)
Those taking TTC, the 172 Cherry Street bus will get you there. Once at the bottom of Cherry Street, head east through the gravel/dust parking lot and find the people with cameras.
Who: Anyone with a Flickr account. This is a very friendly group of people with a very wide ranging level of experience. Newbies are welcome. It’s a great place to learn new stuff. BYOEverything. (Food, Drinks, Cameras, etc.)
Bring your friends and family if you like.

Please mention any guests that you will be bringing.
IMPORTANT: after you RSVP, yes no or maybe, go to our announcement subscription page and sign up. this will allow us to send you a reminder for each meetup, as well as provide a mechanism to notify you of any changes in the event details.
I will personally be at the beach around 6:30pm as I will be doing Session 4 of my Portraits in the Park project at Cherry Beach.
